Having worked on the DevOps project as part of the INOC II contract for more then 15 years, We stud up a robust Development Operations Department (DevOps) at the Rock Island Arsenal for the Contract. As the head of the DevOps department, I lead my team as we developed many great applications that brought lots of badly needed automation and other software needs to the INOC II program.

Worked for the following Government Contracting Companies, developing and maintaining applications such as:

SitRep, Host Nation Agreement. (HNA) and Return Maintenance Authorization (RMA)

• Nexagen Networks Inc - Lead Application Developer (MBA, CSM, SEC+).

• SOSI International LLC - Lead Application Developer (MBA, CSM, SEC+ )

• CACI Inc. Federal - Lead Application Developer/Programmer Analyst

• L-3 Communications - Application Developer/Programmer

Performed service engagement. Did critical work to rescue a nearly failed contract for CACI at the Department of Education in Washington DC, to complete the development of a staffing application. The scope of the software ranged from first contact to on-boarding of the new employee. here

Performed service engagement. Worked on a contract for CACI at the Otis Elevator Company, in Connecticut, to facilitate the upgrade and stabilization of an existing software system, also trained members of the company’s staff in simple software maintenance technique.
